No, I don't, I just start from the head and go down from there and yes I draw from an outline without construction.
I draw where I think the anatomy is and it works most of the time.

Yes, I try to draw from outline, even from imagination.
It's hard, but from years of practice, I've been able to perfect it thus far.
Still got work to do, but I'm not giving up.
